If your child is dealing with complex neurological or autoimmune conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Pediatric Acute-onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome (PANS), or Pediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorders Associated with Streptococcal Infections (PANDAS), Lizzie is the ideal provider. She also works with children and individuals who have chronic diseases that require specialized attention.

If you are seeking support for general health concerns, mental health, or wellness coaching, Azadeh is the right provider for you. She offers a holistic approach to health and works with individuals dealing with mental health issues like stress, anxiety, and depression. Additionally, Azadeh provides health coaching to guide you toward achieving personal health and wellness goals through lifestyle changes, nutrition, and self-care strategies.

If you are interested in homeoprophylaxis (natural immunization) to prevent infectious diseases without vaccines, Amber is the right provider for you. She focuses on homeopathic remedies and alternative prevention strategies.
Scheduling
For Complete Intake, please complete the Health History Questionnaire and Consent to Treat forms, which can be found on my website at the bottom of the Appointments page.
If you have scheduled a TeleHealth appointment, please email the documents to me at least 24 hours prior to the intake.
Appointment at the office
Bring the Consent form, copies of any lab work you would like me to see (labs are not necessary for the appointment and can be brought or sent any time over the duration of treatment), or vaccine records for children.

Feel free to bring any snacks or drinks needed for the duration of the appointment.
Communication Guidelines
Acute Illness - Established clients with urgent conditions may text Lizzie’s cell phone 512-560-6387; there is always an acute consult fee ($85) for an urgent call/text to this cell phone. (See Acute Care above for details as to what constitutes an acute) It is the client’s responsibility to continue to update me in the text thread until resolution. If acute texting is prolonged (longer than 5 days) I will bill again.
Email - Clients can email the office for scheduling, questions and other non-urgent topics. Emails are returned as time allows, which can be more than 72 hours in times of high traffic.
Policies
Payment: The client is responsible for payment of all fees at time of service. Payment may be made with cash, check, credit card (AmEx, Visa, MasterCard, Discover) or Paypal. Clients off-site can be invoiced through on-line bill pay. A $40 fee will be charged for any check returned to this office unpaid.
Insurance / HSA / FSA: This office will provide account statements which clients may submit to their insurance companies or FSA/HSA managers for reimbursement. This office does not file any forms for insurance or reimbursement. Clients are encouraged to investigate all options for insurance reimbursement or use of plans such as Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) which allow reimbursement of payment with pre-tax funds.
Cancellations: If it is necessary to cancel/reschedule an appointment, notification of schedule change must be made at least 24 hours in advance; appointments that are missed or cancelled late represent time that was scheduled for the client, and will be charged the full fee.
Our office is closed on the weekends.

Calls are generally answered each day, emails are answered as time allows, which can be delayed during times of travel or high volume of email. If there is any concern that requires prompt response, or you have not gotten a reply from an email in the timeframe they require, please call.
Telehealth–Off-Site Consultation: Clients who live outside of the Austin, Texas area can schedule consultation by telephone or audio-video conference using Google Meets.
